Shipping policy

Currently we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK.

All items will be dispatched within 2 business days.  Parcels are sent using a 3-5 day delivery timescale, so please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your order to receive your parcel.

If you require your item sooner, choose the Express shipping option, items are sent using a 48 hour courier service.

All parcels are sent using a trackable courier.

You can also elect to collect the item at a mutually convenient time from our location in Newbury Berkshire.  Returns are also available via this method and there is no charge for collections and returns this way.
