We use Calendly to manage appointments and Google Forms to collect some styling information.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your consultation.

Email Newsletters and VIP Updates

If you subscribe to Frankie & Ruby emails, we collect your email address, first name where provided, and any preferences you choose to share.

We use Shopify Email and Mailchimp to send boutique updates, new arrivals, styling advice, newsletters and occasional information about our services.

We send marketing emails in accordance with applicable consent and electronic marketing requirements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails won't prevent essential communications about purchases or appointments.

Keeping Your Information Safe

We use service providers including Shopify, Mailchimp, Calendly and Google to help operate Frankie & Ruby. These providers may process information outside the UK, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.
