Zara New Dress Size Large

This is a short jacket style dress from Zara in size large.  The dress is black with brass buttons and a deep V neckline with a lapel and long sleeves with split cuffs.  It's fitted at the waist and then flares out to a short skirt shape.  The dress is made from a polyester fabric in a good weight.  Brand new and with the tags on.  Please see photos for measurements.
