Simon Ellis Skirt & Top Size 18

This is a great navy blue skirt and shirt set from Simon Ellis in size 18.  The top is a long sheer shirt that is covered in silvery beads and embroidery and the skirt is a lovely midi length floaty skirt.  Could be worn together or separately and the top could also be worn undone like a jacket - very versatile.  Measurements are in photos.
