This is the stunning Hope Scarf Print dress from Reiss in size UK 14.  The dress is brand new with the original £225 price tag attached.  It's knee length with a crossover fabric panel to a halter neckline and straps at the back.  The scarf print design is in white pink and black and the dress drapes beautifully and is fully lined.  Please see photos for measurements.
