Lipsy New Dress Size 12

This is a deep cobalt blue new dress from Lipsy in size UK 12.  The dress is sleeveless and is unlined with a button at the neck.  It's knee length and fitted with a floaty panel across the front, and a gold chain detail around the neckline.  It's a polyester fabric.  Brand new with the original £60 price tag attached, please see photos for measurements.
