This dress is stunning!  A brand new dress from Frank Usher in size 16.  The dress is a champagne full length dress with a black tie detail at the waist.  There are delicate beads down the dress and a spare pack of beads included.  Fully lined and double layered with a lovely frill detail down the back.  Stunning.
